Good news: every order ships free—no minimums, no coupon codes, no surprises.


Order Processing

  • 1-3 business days to pick, pack, and hand your parcel to the carrier.

  • During big promos or holidays it might take up to 7 business days—we’ll hustle, promise.

  • You’ll get a tracking e-mail the moment your order is officially “in transit.”

Need to tweak an address?

  • Spot a typo? E-mail hello@bugoffshop.com within 24 hours of ordering and we’ll fix it for free.

  • After 24 hours the label is usually printed, so changes or cancellations aren’t guaranteed.


Delivery Delays

Once a parcel leaves our warehouse we’re all at the mercy of planes, trucks, customs, and Mother Nature. We’ll keep you posted, but BugOff isn’t liable for delays outside our control.


Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Think your order vanished in transit? First, check the tracking and with neighbours.

  • Still missing? Contact the carrier to open a claim, then loop us in at hello@bugoffshop.com with the claim number.

  • We’ll help chase things down and, if needed, arrange a one-time replacement.
