At BugOff we’re on a mission to keep mosquitoes and other flying pests from ruining your day. We stand behind every zap, so we ask that you give the product a fair shake—at least 14 days of use—before deciding it’s not for you. Still not happy? 1. Order Changes & Cancellations

  • You have 24 hours from the moment you click “Buy” to change or cancel.

  • After 24 hours the order is usually in processing and may be locked in.

  • Approved cancellations are refunded within 7 business days.


2. 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee

  1. Try it first: Use BugOff for 14 days minimum to let the UV magic work.

  2. Still not impressed? You can return the item any time between Day 15 and Day 60 after delivery.

  3. Refund scope: Product cost only; any original shipping fees are non-refundable.

How to start a return
Email hello@bugoffshop.com or use the form on our Contact Us page and include:

  • Order number or the name + email used at checkout

  • Brief note on why you’re returning (helps us improve)

We’ll reply with simple next steps and an RMA number.


3. Damaged Items

  • “Damaged” means the product itself is broken or defective on arrival (scuffed packaging alone doesn’t count).

  • Snap a clear photo and email hello@bugoffshop.com within 72 hours of delivery.

  • If the damage is confirmed, we’ll ship a free replacement—no return needed.

  • Normal wear-and-tear or misuse isn’t covered.


4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Once a package leaves our warehouse, timing is in the courier’s hands. Delays due to customs, weather, or carrier hiccups are out of our control.

  • BugOff isn’t liable for lost, stolen, or late deliveries, but we’ll happily help you file a claim with the carrier.


5. Incorrect Shipping Address

Double-check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, let us know within 24 hours. After that window we can’t guarantee a change, and we can’t issue refunds for orders shipped to the wrong place.


6. Policy Updates

We may tweak this policy from time to time. The latest version is always live on our site, and by purchasing BugOff products you agree to the terms shown at the time of your order.
